Abstract
Background: Quality of life is a person's perception of life related to goals, hopes, standards and concerns of life in the context of culture and norms. Quality of life is influenced by the level of health, spirituality, self-esteem and social support.
Methods: The method used is the Walker and Avant concept analysis approach carried out in eight stages: selecting concepts, determining the purpose of the analysis, identifying all uses of the concept, determining attributes, identifying model cases, identifying bordering, related and conflicting cases, identifying antecedents and consequences, and defining empirical references.
Results: The appropriate instrument used to measure the concept of quality of life for Covid-19 patients is the WHOQOL-BREF instrument whose function is to measure the quality of human life from several domains, namely physical, psychological, social relations and the environment..
Conclusion: The results of the concept analysis obtained an operational definition of justice, namely acting fairly in caring for people/patients according to the needs and standards of nursing practice without looking at social strata, ethnicity, race, religion and others.
